How an order runs
From a stamped part number to a signed receipt at the unit.
Five stages, each with a named owner on our side. Nothing is quoted before the item is positively identified.
- 01
Requirement & RFQ
Send the part number, platform, NSN or a photograph of the plate. We identify the exact item, confirm interchangeability and come back with a written offer.
- 02
Sourcing
We work the OEM and authorised distributor channels for each platform — Russian, Turkish, European and US supply lines — and quote the route with the best lead time and provenance.
- 03
Inspection & documentation
Goods are checked against the order before despatch and shipped with the paperwork a military store demands: certificate of conformity, origin, packing list and, where applicable, airworthiness release.
- 04
Shipment & clearance
Air or sea freight into Dhaka or Chattogram, customs clearance handled, and inland delivery — including our own inland water cargo service — to the receiving unit.
- 05
After delivery
Warranty claims, recurring-demand spares lists and repeat-order pricing held on file so the second order moves faster than the first.
Why GETEXI
A trading house that understands the store, not just the invoice.
Inside the cantonment
Our office sits in Mohakhali DOHS, minutes from Army Headquarters. Technical meetings, sample inspection and document handover happen in person, same day.
Multi-platform, one desk
Soviet-era armour, Turkish wheeled LAVs, Western avionics and marine gensets are different supply worlds. You brief one team instead of four traders.
Identification, not guesswork
Send a worn plate or a hand-written demand note. We trace the correct part number and confirm the supersession before anything is quoted.
Freight solved end to end
Including our own inland water cargo capability — so heavy, oversized consignments reach riverine and coastal units without a second contractor.
Request a quote
Send the part number. Or send the photograph.
A plate reading, a hand-written demand note or a full BOQ — all three are enough to start. Written offers, with lead time and origin stated.
