Defence procurement carries obligations that commercial trade does not: end-user documentation, export licensing, sanctions screening and traceability. These are handled as part of the order, not as an afterthought.

    End-use and end-user control

    Controlled goods move only against an end-user certificate or end-use undertaking issued by the competent authority. We do not re-route, split or re-describe a consignment to avoid that requirement, and we decline enquiries that ask us to.

    Sanctions and restricted-party screening

    Counterparties, consignees and freight routes are screened against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists before a quotation is issued and again before despatch. Embargoed destinations and designated parties are refused at enquiry stage.

    Export licensing and origin controls

    Goods are supplied under the export-control regime of their country of origin, which can include US ITAR and EAR, EU dual-use and UK export control. Where a licence, technical assistance agreement or import certificate is required, it is obtained before shipment — not after.

    Documentation and traceability

    Every consignment carries the paperwork a military store and a customs authority both accept: certificate of conformity, certificate of origin, packing list and invoice, and airworthiness release where the item class requires it. Transaction records are retained.

    Integrity and anti-bribery

    We do not make or accept facilitation payments, and we do not offer inducements to public officials. Dealings are conducted in line with Bangladeshi law and applicable foreign anti-bribery law. Conflicts of interest are declared and withdrawn from.

    Confidentiality and information handling

    Requirement documents, technical data and unit-level information are handled on a need-to-know basis and are not published, shared with other customers, or used in marketing material without written approval.

  • 07

    Quality and pre-despatch inspection

    Goods are checked against the order, the part number and the stated condition before despatch. Suppliers are qualified against the item class, and life-limited or serialised items are supplied with their trace and remaining-life documentation.
